The Town of Atkinson is seeking proposals from qualified architects and/or engineers to provide third party review & inspection services for of multi-family buildings at the Atkinson Country Club. The building consists of thirty-two units. The current building under construction is the third of nine such buildings. The Town will require review of the proposed building plans and subsequent inspections for compliance with building & fire codes adopted under New Hampshire RSA 155-A:10.

The proposal shall cover the requested services for the remaining seven buildings. These services will include a review of the revisions to the plans for compliance with the NH State Building Code adopted by HB 1681 on July 1, 2022, for buildings 4 through 9 and any subsequent changes to the code during the course of construction.
