The Town of Atkinson is seeking bids for our Cemetery Expansion project to remove and screen on-site debris and material and regrade area to proposed elevations.

A walk-through with prospective bidders has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 01, 2023 (Attendees shall convene at adjacent Atkinson Public Works Garage - 1B Academy Ave.).

Bids should be returned to the Town Hall in the office of the Town Administrator, 19 Academy Avenue, Atkinson, NH 03811 on or before 12:00 PM local time on Thursday, November 09, 2023. Each Bid must be made on the required Bid Form and be submitted to the Town at the above specified address in a sealed envelope marked: “Contractors Bid for Construction Services – Atkinson Cemetery – Cemetery Expansion Project”.

Should any prospective Bidder have questions regarding the meaning and intent of any provision of the Contract Documents, appropriate inquiry may be made to Engineer via email to skeach@keachnordstrom.com on or before 4:00 PM local time on Tuesday, November 07th.
