Access Road Repairs - Town Cemetery

The Town of Atkinson, NH is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide maintenance and upgrade repairs to the access road system located throughout the Town cemetery at 118 Main Street, Atkinson, NH. The scope of work includes regrading approximately 3,900 linear feet of graveled roadway and refreshing and compacting with inspected and approved reclaimed asphalt material. The qualified contractor must meet the insurance requirements for the Town of Atkinson and submit proof of insurance for worker’s compensation and general liability coverage. The Town of Atkinson must also be listed as additionally insured. For additional project information and to schedule a recommended pre-bid site visit, please contact Margie Watkins, the Cemetery Custodian at 603-235-3517. All proposals must be received at the Town of Atkinson Selectmen’s Office, 19 Academy Avenue, Atkinson, NH 03811, or via email at TownAdmin@atkinson-nh.gov clearly marked “Access Road Repairs - Town Cemetery” no later than 12:00pm Noon Friday, August 11, 2023.

The Town of Atkinson reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical specifications or deficiencies, and to accept any proposal that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town.
