I am a resident of Atkinson, how do I obtain a New Hampshire Pistol Permit?

Resident Pistol/Revolver License applications may be found in the Forms & Documents section of this website. The application can be completed on your computer, printed and then signed.
Completed applications must be submitted in-person to the Atkinson Police Department Records Bureau, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm. The Records Bureau is closed on all Federal Holidays.
The firearms license to carry fee is $10.00, as this is the amount set by the State of New Hampshire.
Positive photo identification is required, and proof of residency may be requested of you.
