| Family drumming fitness - 2 classes Tuesday, February 27th & Thursday, February 29th 9:30 ~ 10:30 am at Atkinson Community Center Drumming is physically demanding and includes a lot of movement. It is a new fun way to stay fit! |
Free classes but preregistration required for limited spaces.

Instructor –Vanessa Underwood, ACSM, CSCS, AFAA is a certified and nationally recognized personal Fitness Instructor and Wellness Consultant. She is a Motivational Speaker and Presenter. She has been presenting her Moving Into Wellness programs all over the country for nearly 30 years
