DEA National RX Take Back Day

The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
The next DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is scheduled for:
SATURDAY, APRIL 27, 2024 from 10:00am - 2:00pm
Meantime, unneeded medication can be turn in to the lobby of the Atkinson Police Department during normal business hours.
Please Note: Sharps (needles, including Epi-Pens) are not allowed to be dropped into the box, however, a sharps container is located on top of the box for your convenience.
