Elder Services Fundraiser Cookout - Also Elder Services will be joining the Recreation Department at the Kimball Library Courtyard on August 17th to coincide with the recreation department ice cream social and summer concert for their fundraiser cookout. The courtyard will open at 4:30 pm and cookout starts at approximately 5:00 pm. All proceeds from the tickets sale for a meal of hamburger or hotdog, chips and a drink will go directly towards “Elder Service Transportation Fund.” The ticket is $8.00 per person. $9 /person– a hamburger OR a hotdog, chips, a slice of watermelon and a drink. $5 for only a hamburger or a hotdog, or an additional hamburger OR a hotdog.

All proceeds will go directly towards “Elder Service Transportation Fund.” To purchase and /or order tickets in advance, please contact Elder Services 603 362-9582 or elderservices@atkinson-nh.gov. Thank you to Atkinson Lions Club and Atkinson Women’s Club’s for food and dessert contributions.

If the forecast is for rain all evening or if the Recreation, Library staff and Timberlane Community Band decide that the weather is too inclement for our event, we will postpone Elder Services’ Cookout, Ice Cream Social and concert to the following week, August 24^th.
