Mrs. McGrath called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES – May 14, 2003

Board reviewed the minutes and the following corrections/additions were made:

Second Page, under criterion #3, 10th sentence, delete " A horse stall with two apartments was not going to make a difference."

Second Page, under criterion #3, 13th sentence, after "allowing a new", add "potentialy"

 

 

Mr. Friel made a motion to approve the minutes as amended. Mr. Lewis seconded and they were approved with one abstention.

PUBLIC HEARING - 8:00 P.M.

Paul Currier request for a Variance from Article IV, Section 410:8 of the Zoning Ordinance to permit construction of a single family dwelling within the 100’ setback. Applicant returning per Court mandate. Property located on Sleepy Hollow Road, Map 3, Lot 80, TR2 Zone.

Abutter List was read with the following present: NONE

 

Mr. Carter made a motion to deny without prejudice, because there was no applicant or representative present for the hearing. Mr. Friel seconded and the motion was unanimous.

Motion to adjourn was made and seconded. Mrs. McGrath adjourned the meeting at 8:20 P.M.
