Did you know :

Any pool over 24"deep requires a fence?

All gates are required to be self-closing and self-latching with latches placed at least 3" below the top of the gate .

Upon filling the pool with water it must have a temporary/permanent fence and 30 days thereafter, the pool MUST be surrounded by a permanent fence.

All house doors with direct access to the pool SHALL BE equipped with an alarm.

Use of the pool is prohibited prior to final electric inspection and a "Certificate of Completion"
