By invitation, members of the Board of Selectmen met at the home of Donald Latham, 9 Academy Avenue, Atkinson, NH at 3:00 PM, Saturday August 4, 2007.

Retired Lieutenant Commander Donald Latham invited the Selectmen to his home to discuss an idea he had proposed earlier concerning the establishment of a Veteran’s’ Park, in which all memorials could be placed. He also indicated that he had submitted a request to appear before the Board to formally present his idea. Selectmen Childs and Sapia listened to an overview of the proposal and agreed that they would look forward to a presentation at the next Regular Selectmen’s meeting.
