DRIVEWAY PERMITTING
All driveway hot topping requires a Driveway Permit.
Resealing your driveway does not require a Permit.
Applications for a Driveway Permit are available in the Planning and Selectmen’s Offices. There is a $60.00* fee due at the time the application is submitted. Checks should be made payable to "Town of Atkinson".
The application is then forwarded to the Road Agent for review and inspections.
*The $60.00 fee covers:
Scheduled meeting, on site, with the Road Agent to discuss the proposed work within the town right-of-way, and
Final inspection by the Road Agent upon completion.
